Equality Objectives

• To eliminate all forms of prejudice-based incidents towards people who share a protected characteristic and implement an open culture of understanding, acceptance and positivity. 
• To close the achievement gap by ensuring there is no significant difference in the progress made by different groups of learners including SEND/PP/EAL.
• To ensure site is fully accessible to all children through multiple lift instillations.
• Ensure attendance is 96%+ for all pupil groups including Disadvantaged, SEND and EAL.

The Rainbow Flag Award is a national quality assurance framework for all schools and colleges. The award focuses on positive LGBT+, (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, plus other related identities), inclusion and visibility.
