My name is Jaime Traynor and I am the Designated Safeguarding Lead at Ince CE Primary School and Nursery.
As the lead, it is my duty to ensure others in school understand and follow safeguarding procedures. I also work closely with other senior individuals to coordinate safeguarding duties, such as the Head of School and the Governing Body’s nominated governor, Bernard Stuart.
I understand that safeguarding is an important responsibility and I have a number of overarching duties surrounding safeguarding your children. My role requires a solid understanding of the law and guidance, so I can apply this to the safeguarding procedures I implement and maintain, as well as the training and ongoing supervision of staff in school. Fulfilling my role will ensure that your children remain safe from harm.
