Mindfulness & Wellbeing
Children’s Mental Health Week
Children’s Mental Health Week 2023 will take place from 6-12 February 2023.
This year’s theme is Let’s Connect!
When we have healthy connections – to family, friends and others – this can support our mental health and our sense of wellbeing. We’re encouraging people to connect with others in healthy, rewarding and meaningful ways. We aim to include mindfulness and wellbeing activities in all our Start Well sessions and share useful information across our centres.

Nature, wellbeing and mental health
Interacting with nature can be enjoyable and beneficial to our mental health and wellbeing.
We recommend spending some quality time outdoors with your family such as the local park, garden and natural spaces.
