96% and above is the expected attendance for a child in school in the UK.
Good morning,
It is crucial to your child's success in their future education and employment, as well as for their physical and mental health and wellbeing that they attend school 96% of the time.
For children who do not have attendance of 96%, it is vital that they now attend school each and every day.
Children who do not attend school regularly, are missing out on so much with their teachers and friends and as the attendance newsletters evidences, are at risk of future challenges linked to low attendance in school.
