Year 1 will be visiting Farmer Teds on Friday 21st June 2024.
As part of our Advocacy topic in Science, we are going to be learning all about Animals. We would like to give the children the opportunity to see and learn about different animals and feel that this opportunity would enrich our learning in science. We are therefore planning a trip to Farmer Teds.
Date – Friday 21st June 2024
The trip will be during the school hours, but we ask the children to arrive at school at 8:50 prompt as the coach will be leaving straight away. We will arrive back at school before the end of the school day at 15:15 therefore pick up times and location will remain the same.
The children will need to wear their full school uniform and bring a disposable bottle of water with them for the trip.
Lunch will be provided for those children that usually have a school dinner. If your child is bringing their own packed lunch it needs to be in a disposable bag.
The trip will cost £15.00 for your child to attend. This price includes the entrance ticket and the cost of the coach to and from Farmer Teds. The school are subsidising some of the cost of the trip already therefore we would really appreciate your contribution of £15.00 to this fantastic experience for your child.
If we do not receive enough funds for the trip then unfortunately this may lead to cancellation.
Permission slips and full trip money must be returned to school by Friday 17th May 2024.
